If, for any reason, you wish to change or cancel your order you can do by calling +91- 8582976884(9:00 am – 6:00 pm) ITS only) or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please give at least 48 hours notice before the requested delivery date. Order cannot be cancelled or modified within 48 hrs from delivery date. If at all you cancel your order before 48 hours you will get the full 100% refund.
In rare case of service failure or quality complaint, you can write an email to email@example.com and our team will respond you within 8-12 working hours. Our team will process a quick investigation on your order and in case of any quality / service failure found, we assure to re-deliver your product with complimentary flowers within next 24 hrs or you will get full refund of the product.
Subject to the other Term and Conditions, no product or service may be returned.
In case, Flower Faster decides to refund to you, the refund could be processed if we have account details of the customer. Refund could be processed if it is agreed upon and communicated in writing to the customer.
Online Refund is credited directly through the mode from which customer has paid the money within 24 working hours. Once processed by the company refund takes 10-15 business days to reflect in your account.
Offline Refund is credited once customer shares the bank details post which it takes 5-7 working days. Once processed by the company refund takes 10-15 business days to reflect in your account.
Flower Faster is not responsible and does not guarantee refund for cases where:
1. Flowers, plants, fruits, sweets, gift products and preserved items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
2. Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender.
3. Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.
4. Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.
On special occasions please cooperate with us of any mistake of ours. We also request to every customer of ours that please don’t expect same arrangement as shown on website. Due to the bad transportation environment, some time product shape may change.
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
